This is a Premium Gin, London Dry type of 47.0% alc. / Vol., Obtained in four distillation in copper stills.
Botanists used are Italian juniper, orange peel and lemon Spanish, two types of coriander, licorice root, cassia, nutmeg, two types of angelica, Spanish almonds and orris root.
The final product is very transparent, smooth flavor despite its alcohol, and something sweet, noticing the smell of citrus, juniper and spices.
Geneva is a very recent, since it began manufacturing in 2007. It is made by Old St. Andrews Limited, London.
