Adeodat white

Maison Parcé Frères is a family winery that has been passed down from generation to generation, evolving with a focus on respect and quality. Marc Parcé was the great advocate of this family history and passed it on to his sons, Martin, Agustín, and Vincent, who currently manage the estates. Domaine Agustín is the part of the project led by Agustín, working the lands he helped cultivate since childhood.

The grapes for this wine are slowly pressed to extract only the best. They are then vinified and aged in barrels before being bottled at the end of March. This is a structured, pure, creamy, and subtle wine, with notes of ripe fruit, wood, and anise. It has a saline and very persistent finish.
