Coume des Loups

Dimitri Glipa, owner of the winery, after working at a grand cru winery in Bordeaux, moved to the heart of the Roussillon vineyard. Mas Mudigliza is located in the Fenouillèdes area, precisely in Saint-Paul de Fenouillet. Since 2006, along with Muriel Samson, he has been taking care of a 12.5-hectare vineyard with typical Catalan grape varieties. Coume des Loups is a young white wine, unaged, mineral, and fresh.
