L'Oratori

The Oratory is a wine made with the two classic varieties of the Appellation of Origin Empordà: the Grenache and Carignan, with some Cabernet Sauvignon (30%). This wine is all original as not having gone through barrels (as you usually do with the wines for aging). This wine is so hard, but have kept in tanks that were growing so polished, but without emmasquerar its freshness and taste of the fruit still remains, thanks in part to its alcohol content (14.5 degrees). A wine with a spirit of young adults.
