Via Edetana

This wine is made mostly from the region’s traditional grape varieties: Garnatxa and Carinyena, and Syrah. They come from 20 to 40 year-old-vineyards from different terroirs: “tapas”,”tapas blanc” “còdols” and “vall”. The grapes maintain skin contact for between 20 and 30 days, and use either pump-over or pushing down methods according to grape variety and the nature of the vintage. After this each wine is aged by grape variety for around 10 months in French oak before being blended and bottled.
