Dido Blanco
50% Macabeu, 40% Garnatxa blanca and 10% Xarel·lo.
The grapes come from different Macabeu and Grenache estates between 25 and 70 years old, located in the terms of Guiamets, Serra d’Almos and Falset. This wine is aged for 14 months initially in different volume barrels from 300l to 600l and foudres. The last months it is aged in concrete.
