Llavors Blanc wine is a blend of Macabeo and Xarel·lo made by La Vinyeta, a winery located in Mollet de Perelada, in the DO Empordà. The wines of the winery bear the stamp that recognizes the integrated production. Each variety is harvested by hand. Once destemmed, the grapes are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine rests for 2 months in French oak barrels before being bottled.
