The first Cusiné Thomas White, a complex assembly of Macabeo (28%), Viognier (25%), sauvignon blanc (19%), Chardonnay (14%), Parellada (7%), müller turgau (2%), Muscat Frontignac (2%), albariño (1.5%) and Riesling (1.5%), fermented separately and aged on lees for 3 months, 10% of those in barrels (the rest in deposits).
