Back in 1962, when Miguel A. Torres had just finished his winemaking studies, he was keen to offer the family some knowledge. So, in a small winery in the mountanins of the Penedès, we fermented parellada grapes at low temperature and the first "Viña Sol" came into being.

Dry white sparkling wine, naturally fermented.

White wine semi.

Sweet wine made from red and grey varieties of grenache. Harvest manually when fully matured, light carbonic maceration. Classic ageing in wood barrels applying the solera system for at least ten years.

White wine varietal, Sauvignon Blanco 100%.

Fermented separately and aged on lees for 3 months, 10% of those in barrels (the rest in deposits).
