Small film maceration at low temperature and then light pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature (15ºC - 16ºC).

Dry White Wine

Fermentación maloláctica en barrica (30% en barricas nuevas). Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés, nuevas (30%) y de un vino (70%).

Malolactic fermentation with 50% in tank and 50% in barrel. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
