60% Garnacha Tinta, 31% Cariñena and 9% Syrah
Cruor is a blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Cariñena. The grapes originates from two different estates, la Casa Gran and La Fredat. Regarding production, after a traditional winemaking process in stainless steel containers, the wine is aged for 12 months in 225 litre French oak barrels, 50% are new and the rest in second year.
