The outstanding characteristics of this Brandy is the result of the careful selection of raw materials with which it is drawn. Start by selecting the grapes that always comes from selected plots. The time of ripening of the grapes and the method of distillation, are crucial to the final quality of the distillates (holandas). The holandas (takes seven liters of wine to get one of Holland) was aged in American oak casks which have previously been envinadas Oloroso wine for at least three years, and following the traditional Solera and Criaderas, strictly controlling the volume of bags for Brandy's old age remains constant.
