Via Edetana Blanc

This wine is mainly produced with White Garnacha 70%, our indigenous grape variety par excellence, and Viognier 30%. White Garnacha comes from 40 years old vineyards grown in the terroirs called "tapàs" and "panal". After its fermentation in stainless steel tanks, we do the assemblage. This means that the half of the wine is aged in 300 litres oak barrels together with their lees for four months, and the other half of the wine works with its lees in the tanks in order to extract the highest varietal expression.
