Hacienda Monasterio

Wine made from the Tinto Fino variety (the most representative of Ribera), complemented with a small percentage of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. Grapes from vineyards of a single estate, with very limestone soils that provide great finesse and elegance to the wine. In addition, the south orientation of the vines favors the ripening of the grape and the low yields of the vines contribute to its having a great aromatic capacity and a highly concentrated must. Organic farming, no pesticides or herbicides are used or any type of chemical fertilizer that can have a negative impact on the environment.
