Les Calcinaires

Domaine Gauby is a winery in the Roussillon region that cultivates its nearly 50 hectares of vineyards using organic and biodynamic methods. 80% of Les Calcinaires ages for 10 months in concrete tanks, while the rest matures in old oak foudres. It is a juicy red wine with aromas of fresh fruit, floral notes, and spicy touches. On the palate, it is elegant, pure, and vibrant. A wine with bright acidity, pronounced tannins, and a persistent minerality.
