Description

In 1912, Bernard had a "tartres et lies" business and bought the estate for his daughter, who later married Fernand Vaquer. It has been passed down through generations to this day. Born in 1929, Fernand II started working on the estate at the age of 17, always following his grandfather's philosophy: "The winery must be as clean as the kitchen!" In 1968, he was one of the first winemakers in the Roussillon to bottle his red wine. This red is a harmonious blend of Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah. Only the Syrah is aged in barrels that have held two or three previous wines. This maturation process lasts eighteen months. It is a fresh, full-bodied, and voluminous wine, with notes of red fruits, elegant and persistent.
