Oriol Blanc

Vinyes dels Aspres is a small family tradition winery located in the northernmost town of l'Alt Empordà, Cantallops. It is characterized by the production of unique wines, made mainly from autochthonous varieties and grapes exclusively from its own vineyards. The harvesting of the grapes is carried out manually and then it is transported to the winery to make its selection and continue with its fermentation process.
