Aires de Garbet
100% Red Grenache
The grapes used by Aires de Garbet come from the Garbet estate, with 12 hectares of land. The harvest is done manually, using small boxes of 20 kilos of capacity to prevent the grapes from breaking and fermenting prematurely. In the winery, the winemaking processes begin; In the first phase, two daily pump-overs are carried out and the must from Aires de Garbet macerates for 16 days at a controlled temperature of 24º. Finally, it rests for 12 months in second-year French oak Tronçais barrels.
