Sol i Vent

Mediterranean red wine and grapes from our own vineyards in the DO Empordà, on a plot of 25 hectares completely organic of red varieties. Vineyards planted twelve years ago on granite glacial soils, at the foot of the Sierra de l'Albera, at the eastern end of the Pyrenees. Manual harvesting and cold prefermentative maceration. Malolactic fermentation and aging on lees in stainless steel tanks. The wine is not clarified, it stabilizes naturally during the winter. Very light filtration where the whole process is carried out following the strict parameters of the Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production (CCPAE).
