Salmos
40% Garnacha Tinta, 30% Cariñena and 30% Syrah
Red wine from the D.O. Priorat made by the Torres winery. The vineyards from which the grapes come, of reduced harvest although of high quality, are planted on steep slopes of slate soil. After the harvest, the maceration is carried out, which lasts about 25 days. The alcoholic fermentation, which ranges from 7 to 10 days, is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28º. Malolactic fermentation subsequently takes place in French oak barrels. Finally, the wine is aged in new and second-year French oak barrels for a period of 14 to 16 months, to ultimately age in the bottle.
